Can I make the reservation by phone? We would be happy to help you make the reservation by phone. You can call our toll free number, 1-800-892-2108 between the hours of 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. M-F (CST). 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. S-S. Only those hotels that follow this policy will show in the results list if your arrival date is today. Can I make reservations for someone else? You can make a reservation for someone else using our system. Just make sure you include that persons name and information as the guest. You can have a different name and address for the guest and for the person paying with their credit card. What if I have questions about a previous reservation?
