Some of our hotel partners require just a $5.00 room night deposit to hold your room while others require a full payment for the room at the time of your reservation. Some hotels include a free breakfast with each room night booked. That information can be found on the property information page for the specific hotel. How do I know that my reservation is confirmed with the hotel? You will receive a confirmation number immediately upon making your reservation. We then work behind the scenes with the hotel in order to pass the hotels confirmation number to you. How accurate is your hotel amenities information? The hotel information is actually updated by the hotel or hotel chain a number of times per year. We strive to have the most accurate and complete hotel information available but we have to rely on the personnel at the hotel property to update and change information when appropriate. What are the charges for more than two people in the room? Each hotel has a different policy regarding multiple guests per room. Our technology allows us to display the appropriate rate for your room when you select the number of adults that will be staying in the room. What are the internet hot deals? We work closely with many hotels to provide the lowest available rates anywhere on the Internet. In most cases, these rates are significantly lower than other online hotel booking websites. These internet-hot-deals are always displayed first for any city hotel search and are designated with a hot-deals link. How do I get driving directions to the hotel? Click the map link on the hotel property page. This map will give you the main cross streets and address of the hotel. Click the tab: directions to hotel, enter your address and click submit. You will see a detailed list of how many miles and where to turn. Which credit cards do you accept? We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express. Do you include taxes in the rates?
