Can I make reservations for someone else? You can make a reservation for someone else using our system. Just make sure you include that persons name and information as the guest. You can have a different name and address for the guest and for the person paying with their credit card. Do hotels have minimum age requirements to book a room? Most hotels require a minimum age of 18 in order to book a room. Some require the guest(s) be 21. You can see requirements for this and other hotel amenities on the hotels property information pages. How do I know that my reservation is confirmed with the hotel? You will receive a confirmation number immediately upon making your reservation. We then work behind the scenes with the hotel in order to pass the hotels confirmation number to you. What does instant confirmation mean? We work closely with the hotels in our database. Only those hotels with availability for your requested dates can be booked through our system. After receiving confirmation on your credit card amount, we issue a confirmation. In addition, we will forward you the actual hotel confirmation number, usually within 48 hours. How accurate is your hotel amenities information? The hotel information is actually updated by the hotel or hotel chain a number of times per year. We strive to have the most accurate and complete hotel information available but we have to rely on the personnel at the hotel property to update and change information when appropriate. Can I switch hotels? Yes. You can switch hotels by canceling your previous reservation and making a new reservation. You can also call to talk with one of our customer service representatives at our toll free number, 1-800-892-2108 between the hours of 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. M-F CST). 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. S-S. How do I get driving directions to the hotel? Click the map link on the hotel property page. This map will give you the main cross streets and address of the hotel. Click the tab: directions to hotel, enter your address and click submit. You will see a detailed list of how many miles and where to turn. Is there a free shuttle from the airport to the hotel? Some hotels do provide free shuttle services from the airport. This information can be found on the property information page for the specific hotel. Which credit cards do you accept? We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express. Do you include taxes in the rates? Taxes are already figured into the final rate displayed for payment. Click the rate details link if you would like to see the taxes for each individual day reserved. How can I be sure my credit card information is secure? We use secure-socket-layer (SSL) encryption, the standard encryption on the Internet. This encryption allows our users to feel confident and secure about supplying their credit card and personal information. What if I have questions about a previous reservation?
