Can I make reservations for someone else? You can make a reservation for someone else using our system. Just make sure you include that persons name and information as the guest. You can have a different name and address for the guest and for the person paying with their credit card. How do I know that my reservation is confirmed with the hotel? You will receive a confirmation number immediately upon making your reservation. We then work behind the scenes with the hotel in order to pass the hotels confirmation number to you. Can I make the reservation by phone? We would be happy to help you make the reservation by phone. You can switch hotels by canceling your previous reservation and making a new reservation. Do you include taxes in the rates? Taxes are already figured into the final rate displayed for payment.
