Can I make reservations for someone else? You can make a reservation for someone else using our system. Just make sure you include that persons name and information as the guest. You can have a different name and address for the guest and for the person paying with their credit card. Is there a free shuttle from the airport to the hotel? Some hotels do provide free shuttle services from the airport. This information can be found on the property information page for the specific hotel. How accurate is your hotel amenities information? The hotel information is actually updated by the hotel or hotel chain a number of times per year. We strive to have the most accurate and complete hotel information available but we have to rely on the personnel at the hotel property to update and change information when appropriate. Our technology allows us to display the appropriate rate for your room when you select the number of adults that will be staying in the room. What are additional fees and taxes? Every city has different rates for taxes. Taxes are computed on the hotel reservation amount. In some cases there are additional fees added to your room reservation. These additional fees help Alliance Reservations Network and their affiliate network offer the lowest rates on the Internet. Can I book a room for tonight? Some hotels allow us to book their rooms until 3:00pm on the day of arrival. Only those hotels that follow this policy will show in the results list if your arrival date is today. Do you include taxes in the rates? Taxes are already figured into the final rate displayed for payment. Click the rate details link if you would like to see the taxes for each individual day reserved. What does instant confirmation mean? We work closely with the hotels in our database. Only those hotels with availability for your requested dates can be booked through our system. After receiving confirmation on your credit card amount, we issue a confirmation. In addition, we will forward you the actual hotel confirmation number, usually within 48 hours. How do I get driving directions to the hotel? Click the map link on the hotel property page. This map will give you the main cross streets and address of the hotel. Click the tab: directions to hotel, enter your address and click submit.
