What are the charges for more than two people in the room? Each hotel has a different policy regarding multiple guests per room. Our technology allows us to display the appropriate rate for your room when you select the number of adults that will be staying in the room. How do I get driving directions to the hotel? Can I book a room for tonight? Some hotels allow us to book their rooms until 3:00pm on the day of arrival. Only those hotels that follow this policy will show in the results list if your arrival date is today. How do I know that my reservation is confirmed with the hotel? You will receive a confirmation number immediately upon making your reservation. We then work behind the scenes with the hotel in order to pass the hotels confirmation number to you. Do you include taxes in the rates? Taxes are already figured into the final rate displayed for payment. Click the rate details link if you would like to see the taxes for each individual day reserved. Do I pay for the entire reservation amount or do I just make a deposit to hold the room? It depends on the room you book. Some of our hotel partners require just a $5.00 room night deposit to hold your room while others require a full payment for the room at the time of your reservation. Please refer to the amount displayed on the hotel confirmation page to see what your credit card will be charged upon making the reservation. Is there a free shuttle from the airport to the hotel? Some hotels do provide free shuttle services from the airport. This information can be found on the property information page for the specific hotel. What does instant confirmation mean? We work closely with the hotels in our database. Only those hotels with availability for your requested dates can be booked through our system. After receiving confirmation on your credit card amount, we issue a confirmation. In addition, we will forward you the actual hotel confirmation number, usually within 48 hours. Do hotels have minimum age requirements to book a room? Most hotels require a minimum age of 18 in order to book a room. Some require the guest(s) be 21.
