How accurate is your hotel amenities information? The hotel information is actually updated by the hotel or hotel chain a number of times per year. Can I make reservations for someone else? You can make a reservation for someone else using our system. Just make sure you include that persons name and information as the guest. Check the property information pages for information on parking. Do you include taxes in the rates? Taxes are already figured into the final rate displayed for payment. Some hotels allow us to book their rooms until 3:00pm on the day of arrival. Only those hotels that follow this policy will show in the results list if your arrival date is today. Can I switch hotels? Yes. You can switch hotels by canceling your previous reservation and making a new reservation. You can also call to talk with one of our customer service representatives at our toll free number, 1-800-892-2108 between the hours of 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. M-F CST). 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. S-S. What does instant confirmation mean? We work closely with the hotels in our database. Only those hotels with availability for your requested dates can be booked through our system. After receiving confirmation on your credit card amount, we issue a confirmation. In addition, we will forward you the actual hotel confirmation number, usually within 48 hours.
