What if I have questions about a previous reservation? Please fill out a customer service request by clicking here. Include your previous reservation amount along with your questions. Our customer service personnel will contact you within 24 hours to answer you questions. How do I get driving directions to the hotel? Click the map link on the hotel property page. This map will give you the main cross streets and address of the hotel. Click the tab: directions to hotel, enter your address and click submit. You will see a detailed list of how many miles and where to turn. Do I pay for the entire reservation amount or do I just make a deposit to hold the room? It depends on the room you book. Some of our hotel partners require just a $5.00 room night deposit to hold your room while others require a full payment for the room at the time of your reservation. Please refer to the amount displayed on the hotel confirmation page to see what your credit card will be charged upon making the reservation. Can I make the reservation by phone? We would be happy to help you make the reservation by phone. You can call our toll free number, 1-800-892-2108 between the hours of 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. M-F (CST). 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. S-S. One of our customer service representatives will gladly assist your reservation needs. Can I book a room for tonight? Some hotels allow us to book their rooms until 3:00pm on the day of arrival. Only those hotels that follow this policy will show in the results list if your arrival date is today. Which credit cards do you accept? We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express. How do I know that my reservation is confirmed with the hotel? You will receive a confirmation number immediately upon making your reservation. We then work behind the scenes with the hotel in order to pass the hotels confirmation number to you. What are additional fees and taxes? Every city has different rates for taxes. Taxes are computed on the hotel reservation amount. In some cases there are additional fees added to your room reservation. These additional fees help Alliance Reservations Network and their affiliate network offer the lowest rates on the Internet. Can I switch hotels? Yes. You can switch hotels by canceling your previous reservation and making a new reservation.
