What if I have questions about a previous reservation? Please fill out a customer service request by clicking here. Include your previous reservation amount along with your questions. Our customer service personnel will contact you within 24 hours to answer you questions. How do I get driving directions to the hotel? Click the map link on the hotel property page. This map will give you the main cross streets and address of the hotel. Click the tab: directions to hotel, enter your address and click submit. You will see a detailed list of how many miles and where to turn. Can I book a room for tonight? Some hotels allow us to book their rooms until 3:00pm on the day of arrival. Only those hotels that follow this policy will show in the results list if your arrival date is today. Do I pay for the entire reservation amount or do I just make a deposit to hold the room? It depends on the room you book. Some of our hotel partners require just a $5.00 room night deposit to hold your room while others require a full payment for the room at the time of your reservation. Please refer to the amount displayed on the hotel confirmation page to see what your credit card will be charged upon making the reservation. Who can I contact to help me? What does instant confirmation mean? We work closely with the hotels in our database. Only those hotels with availability for your requested dates can be booked through our system. After receiving confirmation on your credit card amount, we issue a confirmation. In addition, we will forward you the actual hotel confirmation number, usually within 48 hours.
