Do you include taxes in the rates? Taxes are already figured into the final rate displayed for payment. You will receive a confirmation number immediately upon making your reservation. We then work behind the scenes with the hotel in order to pass the hotels confirmation number to you. Which credit cards do you accept? We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express. What about parking at the hotel? Free parking is provided at many hotels. Check the property information pages for information on parking. What does instant confirmation mean? We work closely with the hotels in our database. Only those hotels with availability for your requested dates can be booked through our system. After receiving confirmation on your credit card amount, we issue a confirmation. In addition, we will forward you the actual hotel confirmation number, usually within 48 hours. Can I switch hotels? Yes. You can switch hotels by canceling your previous reservation and making a new reservation. Will I get a free breakfast? Some hotels include a free breakfast with each room night booked. That information can be found on the property information page for the specific hotel. This encryption allows our users to feel confident and secure about supplying their credit card and personal information. What are the charges for more than two people in the room? Each hotel has a different policy regarding multiple guests per room. Our technology allows us to display the appropriate rate for your room when you select the number of adults that will be staying in the room. Can I make reservations for someone else? You can make a reservation for someone else using our system. Just make sure you include that persons name and information as the guest. You can have a different name and address for the guest and for the person paying with their credit card. What if I have questions about a previous reservation?
