The hotel information is actually updated by the hotel or hotel chain a number of times per year. We strive to have the most accurate and complete hotel information available but we have to rely on the personnel at the hotel property to update and change information when appropriate. What are the charges for more than two people in the room? Each hotel has a different policy regarding multiple guests per room. Our technology allows us to display the appropriate rate for your room when you select the number of adults that will be staying in the room. Can I book a room for tonight? Some hotels allow us to book their rooms until 3:00pm on the day of arrival. Only those hotels that follow this policy will show in the results list if your arrival date is today. How do I get driving directions to the hotel? Click the map link on the hotel property page. This map will give you the main cross streets and address of the hotel. Click the tab: directions to hotel, enter your address and click submit. You will see a detailed list of how many miles and where to turn. What does instant confirmation mean? We work closely with the hotels in our database. Only those hotels with availability for your requested dates can be booked through our system. After receiving confirmation on your credit card amount, we issue a confirmation. In addition, we will forward you the actual hotel confirmation number, usually within 48 hours. Can I switch hotels? Yes. You can switch hotels by canceling your previous reservation and making a new reservation. Do I pay for the entire reservation amount or do I just make a deposit to hold the room? It depends on the room you book. Some of our hotel partners require just a $5.00 room night deposit to hold your room while others require a full payment for the room at the time of your reservation.
